  • Physical activity is important. The most important being “any”.
  • 10,000 step per day equivalent
  • Three times per week:
    • Resistance training to build muscle
    • Cardio activity: 20 minutes of cardio, 3x/week is the minimum for maximum benefit
    • 40 jumps/day on a hard surface to turn on the repair mechanism hips, spine and discs stronger
  • Physical activity helps the Hippocampus, which the center for cognitive activity in the brain

  • Physical activity is great, it keeps you fit in mind & body
  • Go to a gym, don't do it at home. At a gym you get inspired and motivated, you can build a support group and meet new people
