Ageism... there you are, cranking along, working on cool projects... when all of sudden you notice that the industry is egging you along, pushing you out. Ageism doesn't so much creep up on you as just jump at you. You begin noticing you don't get the cool clients any more. Or the plum assignments. Or interviews, if you were let go. Ageism is corrosive AF, it corrodes your self-image, it corrodes your faith in yourself, and it prevents society from benefitting from your expertise. Fight it today so your kids won't have to fight it tomorrow!
