👉 The Scoop – Eliane Nobile is the founder and owner of EN Media Services, a multi-media representation firm working with advertising sales and media promotions almost exclusively for the Latin American region. She is also a pioneer in the world of inflight publications.
👉 Decisive Moment #1 – Took a huge risk by leaving a great job at Y&R where she worked with a great clients to help create Nexos, the first Spanish & Portuguese language in-flight publication for American Airlines.
👉 Unexpected change or event – The industry disappeared. Today, most people either carry their own devices on flights or use the on-board entertainment system.
👉 What did she do? – Eliane leveraged her strengths: Service, client relationships, understanding what the client wants, and finding ways to deliver value. Eliane simultaneously pursued a degree in nutrition followed by a specialized certification as a Holistic Health Coach. This allowed her to follow her passion for helping people improve their health and lifestyles.
👉 About older workers – One word of advice to CEOs who are hiring and interviewing someone: Be a person before you are a manager. Take some time, sit down with the person and listen.
