If you still believe that 50 is over the hill, you need to get over that bias quickly. People over 50 are as competitive as any 30 or 40 year old.
Plus... they have more experience, have seen more, learned more and can contribute more than people in their 20s, 30s and 40s. If you still believe all this nonsense about people over 50 not being "digitally-native" and "slow to learn", crawl from under your rock and start looking in the right places.
